A wall of sound wannabe. I remember writing the lyrics to this one an inflatable mattress in the office of my friends Adam and Sam’s apartment in Indianapolis before I moved down here. I was trying to rip off the lyrics of a Ray LaMontagne song (someone I’ve never cared for) but I don’t remember which. Originally, I was going to do a ton of vocal takes and bring them in and out of the mix, but I got lazy and just did the one. I think there are 4-8 tracks of each of the instruments, though.
