I wrote this song on my phone in my ex’s bed while she was working and I was going through existential dread based on death and coronavirus anxiety. It was really hard to be out of work and going through what we’ve all been going through. And then to see what our leaders have been doing in response all bubbled into this song. I wrote this for a comp I put together with some friends but liked it enough to keep it and write a different song for that comp.

Now right outside is a kid on her bike.
She pedals left to right, her friends inside.
